We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Valorosso. Still not completely happy with your item? Don't worry - returns are easy with us. You have 30 days to change your mind, no hassle.

Log in to your Valorosso account and follow these steps:

• Go to ' Orders '
• Click on ' Request return ' for the correct order
• Select the return reason
• Confirm your request

Within 1-2 business days you will receive a confirmation by email. This contains a link to download your return label. Print the label, stick it on the packaging and send the package back to us.

Please note: For returns we charge a fixed contribution of €5, this includes shipping costs. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Don't have an account? Please contact our customer service to register your return - we'll be happy to help you.

Need a different size or color? No problem - exchanging is free with us. Contact our customer service , and we will arrange it immediately.

Once we have received and inspected your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 5 working days via the same payment method you used to pay.

In order for us to accept your return, we ask that you take the following into account:

• The item is undamaged, unwashed and unworn
• All labels and packaging are still intact
• The return shipment falls within the 30-day return period

Valorosso is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
