HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering online is quick and easy.

  • Select an item and select the size.
  • Add the item to the shopping cart.
  • Go to your shopping cart and select checkout.
  • Click on 'pay'.
  • Log in or create a new account.
  • Please check all information.
  • Select a payment method.
  • Click on 'checkout'.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days.

The items you order may have to come from one (or more) of our stores. Your order will then be assembled and carefully packed. Because the items you order are not always in our central warehouse, your package will usually not be delivered to your home the next day.

We do our best to ship all webshop orders as soon as possible and keep a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. All webshop orders are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your package is on its way you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact our customer service .

WHICH DELIVERY OPTIONS CAN I CHOOSE?

You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Delivery to your home with PostNL - free shipping from €99
  • Deliver to a PostNL point - free shipping from €99

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping of your order is free from €99. For orders under €99 the shipping costs are €4.95.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After the package has left our warehouse, you can track the order with the PostNL package code on the PostNL website. This code can be found in the shipping confirmation that you receive by e-mail.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to change or cancel anything about your order, please contact our customer service . They can advise you best.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, that is possible. When placing your order, you can specify a different delivery and billing address. However, shipping to a PO Box address is not possible.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PICKUP LOCATION?

Would you rather pick up your order yourself? Then we will deliver your order to one of the more than 2600 PostNL pick-up locations. There is always a pick-up location near you. After entering your address details, select 'pick up at PostNL point' and select a pick-up location.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Made a mistake in the address? It can happen. Contact us immediately. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address for you.

MY ORDER/ITEM HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY VALOROSSO, WHAT NOW?

Unfortunately, it can happen that we have to cancel an order or article. In that case, you will always receive an email from us. The purchase amount will be automatically refunded as soon as the cancellation has been processed.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, HOW DO WE RESOLVE THIS?

Oops, there was a mistake while packing your order. Please contact our customer service so we can resolve this as soon as possible. Always report a complaint before sending the order back to us, so we can create a return label for you.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PACKAGE IF I AM NOT AT HOME AND THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Are you unable to deliver your order? PostNL will try to deliver to your immediate neighbours. If this is also not possible, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point. You can track your shipment using the track & trace code or the PostNL app. You have 5 days to collect your order. Don't forget to bring valid identification when you collect your order.
