HOW CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your order or have ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days.
You can also return your order by post. Register your return via our contact form . The costs for this are €4.95.

Have you received a damaged or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact our customer service . We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible. Always report a complaint before you return the item to us, so that we can create a return label for you.

WHAT ARE THE RULES REGARDING RETURNS?
You can return your package within 14 days after receiving it. Your return will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and is returned with the enclosed packaging. If this is not the case, your return can be refused.
Shoes
To prevent damage, we request that you try on the shoes on a soft surface and with clean socks. Return the shoes in the original shoe box, together with the accompanying packaging material.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM/ORDER?
The costs for returning via PostNL will not be reimbursed. After a message via our contact form you can choose a shipping method and pay online (costs: €4.95).
I RETURNED MY ORDER BY MAIL. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the return.
If you have not received your money after 10 working days, please contact our customer service .
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
If you have returned the order via PostNL, you can track the shipment with the proof of shipment that you received from PostNL. With the number under the barcode you can check the status of your return shipment on the PostNL website. As soon as we have processed the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This is usually within 5 working days after you have returned the order or part of it.
